Lieutenant Governor Mark Hutchison Named Vice-Chair of the Aerospace States Association

Today, Lieutenant Governor Mark Hutchison was confirmed as Vice-Chair of the Aerospace States Association (ASA). The ASA is a national nonpartisan organization of lieutenant governors, governor appointed delegates, and associate members from aerospace organizations and academia across the United States.

The ASA is dedicated to the continued advancement and development of aerospace industries and aviation in America. Aside from policy development, the ASA advocates for research and development funding, economic development opportunities in aerospace and aviation, and STEM education to ensure states maintain their competitiveness in a global marketplace.

“It is an honor and a wonderful opportunity to be named the Vice-Chair of the Aerospace States Association,” said Lt. Governor Mark Hutchison.

“Over the past two years, I have emphasized the importance of the aerospace industry to Nevada’s economic diversification.
